The final Affiliate Agreement will govern every affiliate relationship. These answers summarize the intended program structure.
Yes. Every newly approved affiliate begins as an Operator at 10%. Elite Operator and Handler status are earned through verified performance and good standing unless BSP approves a written exception.
No. The code is primarily used for attribution. BSP may activate customer discounts during approved promotions, but a permanent discount is not guaranteed.
The intended schedule is monthly after validation and the applicable return or chargeback review period. A $50 minimum payout threshold may apply. Final payout methods and timing will be listed in the Affiliate Agreement.
Commission is intended to apply to eligible product subtotal collected on attributed customer orders. Taxes, shipping, refunds, canceled orders, chargebacks, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, and excluded items are not commissionable.
A qualified Handler earns a 2% override on eligible sales generated by approved affiliates they directly recruit and mentor. It is one level deep and does not reduce the direct affiliate’s own commission.
BSP reviews the application, promotional channels, audience fit, and compliance readiness. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Approved applicants receive next-step instructions and program terms.
