By placing an order through Blacksite Performance, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website unless a product page, written offer, or applicable law states otherwise.
Important: Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. Please review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and telephone number carefully before completing checkout.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to eligible physical-product purchases made directly through Blacksite Performance.
It does not apply to purchases made through third-party merchants, affiliate partners, marketplaces, retailers, payment platforms, manufacturers, or other external websites.
Products purchased from third parties are governed by the shipping, delivery, refund, return, and customer-service policies of the applicable third-party seller.
2. Order Processing
Payment is collected at checkout. Orders are generally processed within one to two business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high order volume, product launches, holidays, severe weather, carrier interruptions, inventory verification, payment review, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The delivery estimate shown by a shipping carrier begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
3. Shipping Area
Blacksite Performance currently accepts and fulfills orders for delivery within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an unsupported international delivery destination may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Certain products may be unavailable for delivery to particular states, territories, jurisdictions, facilities, institutions, or addresses due to applicable laws, carrier restrictions, operational limitations, or product-specific requirements.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout when available.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by a carrier are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated in writing.

Blacksite Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all shipping costs, product charges, discounts, taxes, and order totals before completing payment.
Shipping charges may vary according to package size, package weight, delivery address, selected shipping method, promotional offer, and carrier rates.
Any promotional free-shipping offer is subject to the terms shown with that promotion and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and monitoring tracking updates after shipment.
Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a label is created. Carriers may require additional time to scan and update package information.
The creation of a shipping label does not always mean the package has already entered the carrier’s physical possession.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address when placing an order.
Please verify the following before submitting your order:
- The recipient’s complete legal or delivery name.
- The full street address.
- Apartment, suite, building, or unit number when applicable.
- City, state, and ZIP code.
- A valid email address.
- A working telephone number.
Blacksite Performance is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, returns, misdeliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable customer-provided information.
8. Address Changes and Order Cancellations
Requests to change a shipping address or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.
Address changes and cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or carrier handoff, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
Once an order has shipped, Blacksite Performance generally cannot change the delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Include your full name, order number, incorrect address, and requested corrected address. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
9. Packages Marked Delivered
An order shown by the carrier as delivered is considered delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should:
- Verify that the shipping address on the order was correct.
- Check all doors, entrances, porches, garages, and secure delivery areas.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom personnel.
- Allow additional time in case the carrier recorded delivery before final placement.
- Contact the carrier regarding the delivery scan and package location.
- Contact Blacksite Performance with the order number and tracking information.
We may assist with available carrier information or documentation, but replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed when a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout.
Blacksite Performance is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, exposure, damage, or unauthorized removal occurring after confirmed delivery.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
A package is not automatically considered lost merely because it arrives later than the carrier’s estimated delivery date.
Tracking may temporarily stop updating while a package moves between carrier facilities or during periods of high volume, weather interruptions, operational delays, or service disruptions.
Customers should allow the carrier a reasonable period to complete delivery. When appropriate, Blacksite Performance may assist with a carrier inquiry or shipping claim.
Any resolution involving a delayed, stalled, or lost package will depend on:
- The carrier’s tracking history.
- The carrier’s investigation or claim decision.
- The accuracy of the customer-provided address.
- The selected shipping method.
- The circumstances surrounding the shipment.
- Applicable carrier rules and legal requirements.
11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Blacksite Performance within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs of the external shipping package.
- Photographs of the shipping label.
- Photographs of all internal packaging materials.
- Photographs of the affected item or items.
Please retain the package, shipping materials, labels, inserts, and affected products until the issue has been reviewed.
Discarding packaging or products before review may prevent us from verifying the claim or pursuing a carrier resolution.
Do not return any product without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for refund or replacement.
12. Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages may be returned to Blacksite Performance because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address.
- An undeliverable location.
- A refused shipment.
- Failed delivery attempts.
- Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier.
- Carrier restrictions or service limitations.
When a package is returned to sender, we will review the circumstances and determine the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable when delivery could not be completed because of incorrect customer-provided information, refusal, failure to retrieve the shipment, or another circumstance outside our control.
13. Research-Use Products
Products sold by Blacksite Performance are offered for laboratory research use only.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, household use, or administration to humans or animals.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transport, and use of any product complies with all laws, regulations, institutional requirements, safety procedures, and carrier restrictions applicable to the customer.
14. Refunds and Returns
Shipping-related refund, return, replacement, cancellation, and order-resolution requests are also governed by our published Refund Policy.

Approval of a carrier investigation, shipping claim, return, replacement, store credit, or refund is not guaranteed merely because a request has been submitted.
